How do I unsubscribe?

There are 3 ways to unsubscribe from email communications sent using SmartMail.

Follow the unsubscribe instructions in the email.
Contact us stating your email address and the name of the company whose email contacts you wish to be unsubscribed from
You can also unsubscribe by phone or in writing using the sender’s contact details contained in the message.

If you have difficulty unsubscribing from an email campaign sent via SmartMail call us toll free on 0800 MAIL4U (624 548).
