  6. Show me I’m special with exclusive, new, free, offers, ideas, images, videos and events.
  7. I have the right to expect that if you say it’s ‘exclusive’, it is.  Same with ‘new’ and ‘free’.
  8. Sharing makes me happy.  Make sure I can feel proud when I introduce you to my friends.
  9. My life is full of change – let me update my own data easily.
  10. Our relationship is on my terms; honour my right to say ‘yes’ and ‘no’.
